Witchcraft Level 1

Welcome to the Academy of Magical Arts Beginner’s Witch Course! The course is led by Louise, who has been studying and practicing witchcraft for 50 years. She currently runs a witch school in the North of Ireland, where all the lessons are refined and tested by students. The Academy has a Facebook page and a website where you can further engage with the material.

In this course, you will be introduced to a variety of essential witchcraft topics, including:

• The different types of witches
• The Celtic Wheel and its Sabbats and Esbats
• Ritual practices and the four Elements
• Magical tools, symbols, and the power of intention
• How to set up your Altar and begin your Book of Shadows
• Key elements of spellcasting and lunar magic (including the Moon cycles)
• Protective practices such as banishings, bindings, and using spells or oils
• A deep dive into candle magic, talismans, sigils, and working with deities
• Divination techniques like Tarot, Runes, Palmistry, and Pendulum divination

This course will guide you through the fundamental practices of witchcraft, helping you build a solid foundation for your magical journey.
